Sumsub, recognized as the first AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations at scale, has officially announced the launch of the Sumsub Agentic AI Council. Established as an Asia-Pacific-focused, cross-sector forum, the Council is designed to convene regional and global expertise to guide the deployment of agentic artificial intelligence technologies. The announcement was formally made in Singapore on Sept. 29, 2026.[1][2]

The primary mission of the Council is to develop practical frameworks, share emerging industry best practices, and provide guidance on responsible agentic AI adoption. Participating leaders will focus on establishing trustworthy technical foundations, evaluating viable real-world conditions, and building workable guardrails alongside responsible use cases to govern autonomous agent systems across diverse operational environments.[1][2]

To support these ongoing objectives, the Council has opened a call for qualified specialists to join as founding Council advisors. Expressions of interest are being sought from a broad spectrum of stakeholders, specifically including leaders and experts representing public policy, academia, technology, industry, and civil society, to ensure cross-sector collaboration in shaping trusted AI standards.[1]

PepsiCo recalls 122,000 cases of Gatorade over undeclared dyes

PepsiCo initiated a voluntary recall of 122,000 cases of 28oz Gatorade and Gatorade Zero across 37 states on September 25 due to undeclared yellow food dyes. This distribution disruption creates potential inventory shortages and safety concerns for retail partners and fitness brands featuring the products. Creators and marketers should immediately audit any active sponsored content, affiliate links, or UGC featuring the affected citrus-flavored varieties to prevent promoting recalled products.
