This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Mora website and application (the "Services") operated by Respired.io, Corp. doing business as Mora. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and removal of content from connected platforms.
1. General principles
You may use Mora only:
- For lawful purposes;
- In accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction;
- In compliance with the terms of service and content policies of every third-party platform you connect to Mora (Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and any others);
- In good faith, with respect for other users, our team, and your audience.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use Mora to create, generate, store, schedule, or publish content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or invasive of privacy.
- Infringes any intellectual property right (copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or moral rights).
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors, or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Targets a person or group with hate based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or similar).
- Constitutes regulated promotion (alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, gambling, firearms, prescription drugs, financial products) in jurisdictions where such promotion is restricted, without complying with applicable laws and platform policies.
- Misrepresents the origin of goods, the identity of a brand, or the nature of an endorsement (including undisclosed paid partnerships under FTC, ASA, or similar disclosure rules).
- Includes false health claims, medical misinformation, or unsubstantiated investment advice.
- Constitutes spam, including bulk identical posts, irrelevant content posted to drive engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
3. Prohibited activities
You may not use Mora to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
- Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass any rate limits, content moderation, authentication, or platform restrictions imposed by Mora or any connected third-party platform.
- Use the Services to develop a competing product, train a machine learning model on Mora's outputs as training data without our express written permission, or scrape Mora's UI or API outside the documented public API.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Services or AI outputs as a standalone product.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Use stolen, leaked, or unauthorized credentials for any third-party account.
- Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.
4. AI-specific rules
Mora generates content using AI models. When using Mora's AI features, you additionally agree:
- Human review. AI-generated content (text, images, captions, scheduling suggestions) must be reviewed by a human before publication. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of anything you publish.
- No deceptive synthetic media. You may not use Mora to generate content that depicts a real person doing or saying something they did not do, in a way intended to deceive viewers (deepfakes), without that person's express consent.
- No automated mass generation for spam. Mora is designed to support a human marketing operator. You may not use it to generate large volumes of low-effort content for the primary purpose of gaming algorithms or inflating metrics.
- AI disclosure where required. Where applicable law (e.g. EU AI Act transparency obligations, certain US state rules, FTC guidance) requires disclosure that content is AI-generated or AI-assisted, you are responsible for adding that disclosure.
5. Third-party platform compliance
When you connect a third-party platform to Mora, you remain bound by that platform's own terms and content policies. We will not knowingly help you violate them. If a connected platform notifies us that your usage of Mora is causing a violation on their platform, we may suspend the relevant integration or your account while we investigate.
Specific reminders:
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook): comply with Community Standards and the Platform Terms.
- TikTok: comply with the Community Guidelines.
- Pinterest: comply with the Community Guidelines and Merchant Guidelines.
- Google: comply with applicable Google product policies (e.g. for OAuth scopes you authorize).
- Shopify: your store must comply with the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Reporting violations
If you become aware of any use of the Services that violates this AUP, please report it to hello@mora-marketer.com with as much detail as you can provide. We investigate every credible report.
7. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Remove or refuse to publish content that violates this AUP.
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in violations.
- Disconnect third-party integrations.
- Refer matters to law enforcement when there is a credible threat of harm or evidence of criminal activity.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of enforcement actions affecting your account, except where notice would compromise an investigation, where we are legally prohibited, or where the violation poses imminent risk to others.
8. Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes take effect on the effective date shown above. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
