Cookie Policy

Effective date: April 19, 2026

How Mora uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on www.mora-marketer.com and app.mora-marketer.com — including Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and our consent banner.

This Cookie Policy explains how Respired.io, Corp. ("Mora," "we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit www.mora-marketer.com and app.mora-marketer.com (together, the "Services"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.

This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.

Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Mora) are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called third-party cookies. Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g. analytics, interactive content).

We also use similar technologies like local storage, session storage, and pixel tags ("web beacons") for similar purposes. Throughout this policy, "cookies" includes these similar technologies.

How can you control cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies.

On your first visit, our cookie banner asks you to "Accept" or "Decline" non-essential cookies. If you decline, only the strictly necessary cookies (including the cookie that remembers your decline) will be set, and Google Analytics will not load. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the mora-cookie-consent cookie in your browser settings and reloading the page.

You can also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. Most browsers offer the ability to remove or reject cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our website though your access to some functionality may be restricted. The means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser. Visit your browser's help menu for more information.

Why do we use cookies?

We use cookies and similar technologies for several reasons. Some are required for technical reasons in order for our Services to operate ("essential" cookies). Others enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Services. Third parties serve cookies through our Services for analytics and other purposes.

The specific types of cookies served through our Services and the purposes they perform are described below.

Cookies we use

| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration | Set without consent? | |--------|----------|---------|------|----------|----------------------| | mora-cookie-consent | Mora (first-party) | Stores your accept/decline decision so we don't show the banner again. | Strictly necessary | 180 days | Yes (essential) | | _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes unique users by assigning a randomly generated ID. | Analytics | 2 years | No — only after consent | | _ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics 4 | Persists session state for GA4. The container suffix corresponds to our property G-9F0K0Y5ECL. | Analytics | 2 years | No — only after consent | | _vercel_* (where applicable) | Vercel Analytics | Anonymous, cookieless audience analytics. Does not identify individuals. | Analytics | Session | Yes (cookieless / no PII) | | Vercel hosting cookies (e.g. __vercel_live_token, where applicable) | Vercel | Routing, edge cache attribution, and security for our hosting platform. | Strictly necessary | Session / short-lived | Yes (essential) | | Stripe cookies (only on billing pages) | Stripe | Fraud prevention and payment session continuity. Set when you initiate a payment. | Strictly necessary for payment | Session / up to 1 year | Yes (essential when transacting) |

We do not set advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or cross-site tracking cookies on Mora. We do not sell your personal information.

Notes on Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate, non-personal patterns in how visitors use our website (e.g. which blog posts are read, which pricing plans get viewed). GA4 is configured with:

  • Consent gating — GA4 only loads after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, no GA scripts load and no _ga* cookies are set.
  • IP anonymization — Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default; we do not pass full IP addresses to Google.
  • No advertising features — We have not enabled Google Signals, remarketing, or advertising audiences. GA4 data is used only for product and content analytics.
  • Data retention — set to 14 months in our GA4 property.

For Google's own privacy practices, see https://policies.google.com/privacy. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Notes on Vercel Analytics

Vercel Analytics measures aggregate visit metrics for our site without persistent cookies and without storing any personally identifiable information. It is privacy-by-design and does not require consent under most jurisdictions. See Vercel's privacy details at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Notes on third-party platforms you connect

When you connect a third-party platform (Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Google) to your Mora account inside the app, those platforms may set their own cookies on their own domains during the OAuth handshake. Those cookies are governed by the respective third party's cookie policy, not ours.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Most modern browsers do not have a uniform DNT standard, so we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. However, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable: when GPC is detected, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for residents of jurisdictions whose laws (e.g. California's CCPA/CPRA) require it. Mora does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so functionally this means we honor GPC by default.

How often will we update this Cookie Policy?

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "effective date" at the top of this page indicates when this Cookie Policy was last updated.
