Question 1

Do I need a Shopify store to use Mora?

Accepted Answer

No. Shopify integration gives Mora access to your real product catalog, which makes content generation much faster and more specific. But solo creators, personal brands, and coaches who do not sell on Shopify can connect Mora to their content brief and brand voice instead.

Question 2

Can Mora work for a solo founder or a small brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A solo founder can run the weekly plan alone, and a growing brand can use the same setup for approvals, creative review, and scheduling. The point is one shared workspace — not a different product for every company size.

Question 3

How much brand setup is required before creating content?

Accepted Answer

Enough to give Mora what it needs, not enough to slow you down. The core setup is your store, your brand voice, and the product or promotion you want to focus on first.

Question 4

Does Mora just generate copy, or does it help decide what to post?

Accepted Answer

Both. Mora is designed to start from the product, the promotion window, and what your store needs to sell before generating anything — so the content has a real reason to exist.

Question 5

How is Mora different from a scheduling tool like Buffer?

Accepted Answer

Scheduling tools like Buffer assume you already have the content — you bring the post and they publish it. Mora writes the post for you first. You describe what you want to promote, Mora drafts the captions, generates the images, and puts everything on the calendar. Buffer handles one step in that chain. Mora handles all of them.

Question 6

Can Mora generate images for my posts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mora generates product lifestyle images and social graphics as part of the same conversation where you write your captions. You do not need a separate design tool. For Shopify brands, images can reference specific products from your catalog.

Question 7

Do posts go out without my approval?

Accepted Answer

Only if you schedule them yourself. If you turn on approval for a teammate in Team settings, everything they draft holds in pending review until you approve it, and that hold is a database trigger rather than an app-side check.

Question 8

What happens to my website data when Mora scans it?

Accepted Answer

The scan reads your public pages once, extracts brand facts (colors, tone, mission, products), and stores them in your brand kit, which you can edit or delete anytime. Mora never crawls behind logins, resells scan data, or retrains models on your site.

Question 9

How does billing work with Shopify?

Accepted Answer

Mora is built Shopify-first and follows Shopify's app billing rules. You'll see plans and charges where you expect them, alongside your other apps. Pricing is public: free to start, paid tiers at $99 and $229.

Question 10

How do Mora plans work?

Accepted Answer

Start with Free, then move to Core when you need unlimited scheduling and full ad copy generation, and to Pro when you need more profiles, more generation capacity, and a longer analysis history.

Question 11

What is Mora AI?

Accepted Answer

Mora AI is the social media manager at mora-marketer.com. It writes your posts, generates product images, and schedules content to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok for solo creators and Shopify brands. It is not connected to RedMagic Mora (a gaming phone companion), Mora AI Chat (an iOS chatbot app), or mora.com (a data analytics platform).

Question 12

Is Mora AI the same as the RedMagic phone assistant?

Accepted Answer

No. RedMagic Mora is an AI companion built into RedMagic gaming phones for entertainment and gaming help. The Mora at mora-marketer.com is a social media creation and scheduling tool for creators and Shopify brands. They share a name and nothing else.

Question 13

Is Mora AI a chatbot companion app?

Accepted Answer

No. There is an iOS app called "Mora AI: Chat with AI Friend" that works as a companion chatbot. The Mora at mora-marketer.com writes posts, generates images, and schedules content for creators and Shopify stores. Same name, different product.

Question 14

What social platforms can Mora publish to?

Accepted Answer

Mora publishes and schedules to four platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. It also connects Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest and Slack for setup and reporting. Each post is formatted for the platform it is going to.

Question 15

How is Mora different from using ChatGPT for social media?

Accepted Answer

ChatGPT generates text when you prompt it. Mora wraps that into a full social workflow: it holds your brand voice, pulls from your Shopify catalog, generates matching images, keeps a content calendar, runs an approval step, and schedules to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You go from "I want to promote this product" to a scheduled post in one conversation instead of stitching it together across tools.

Question 16

Can I manage more than one brand in Mora?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Mora plan — Free, Core, and Pro — covers a single brand. If you run multiple client accounts, each one needs its own Mora account for now.
