3. What legal bases do we rely on?
If you are located in the EU or UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR requires us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on. We rely on:
- Consent — when you have given us permission to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract — when processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing the Services.
- Legitimate interests — when processing is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests (e.g. analytics to improve the product, fraud prevention) and those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations — when processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.
- Vital interests — when necessary to protect your vital interests or those of a third party.
If you are located in Canada, we may process your information with your express or implied consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

- Business transfers — in connection with negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.
- With your consent — when you've explicitly authorized a sharing, e.g. connecting a Third-Party Account.
- Compliance with law — when required by subpoena, court order, regulatory authority, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
Yes — we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information. Specifics about which cookies, why, and how to opt out are in our Cookie Policy.
6. How do we handle your social logins?
If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account (e.g. Google), we receive certain profile information from your provider — usually your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information only for the purposes described in this notice or made clear to you on the relevant Services. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. As a default, we retain account-level personal information for the lifetime of your account plus a short period (typically 90 days) to handle reactivations, billing reconciliation, and legal hold requirements.
When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. See our Security Policy for specifics.
However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. Do we collect information from minors?
No. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, contact us at hello@mora-marketer.com.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this notice.
