Data Deletion

How to delete your Mora account and all associated data, including data received from connected platforms such as Meta, Google, Shopify, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.

This page explains how to delete your data from Mora AI (also called "Mora"), operated by Respired.io, Corp. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). It covers data you gave us directly and data we received on your behalf from platforms you connected.

If you only want to stop a single platform from sharing data with us, see Disconnect a single platform — you do not need to delete your whole account.

Delete everything from inside Mora

This is the fastest route and it is immediate.

Sign in at app.mora-marketer.com
Open Settings → Profile
Select Delete account
Confirm when prompted

Deleting your account removes your profile, your brand information, your generated and uploaded content, your scheduled and published post records, your connected-account credentials, and all analytics we synced on your behalf.

Disconnect a single platform

To revoke one integration without deleting your account:

Sign in and open Settings → Integrations
Find the platform and select Disconnect

Disconnecting immediately revokes our access token and stops all future syncing from that platform. Data previously synced from it is deleted from our systems within 30 days. You can also revoke Mora's access directly from the platform — for example in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or your Google Account's third-party access page — and we treat that revocation the same way.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email hello@mora-marketer.com from the address on your account with the subject Data deletion request.

Tell us which of the following you want, and include your account email plus any connected platform account you want covered:

Delete my entire account and all data
Delete only the data from a specific connected platform
Delete only my generated content, keeping the account

We will verify that you control the account before acting, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

Timing

Deletion begins immediately when you delete your account in the app. Data is removed from our live systems right away and from encrypted backups within 30 days, after which it cannot be recovered.

What we may keep, and why

We retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or where we have an overriding legitimate interest:

Billing and tax records, retained as long as tax and accounting law requires
Security and abuse records, such as logs of fraudulent or abusive activity, retained where necessary to protect our services and other users
Aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot be linked back to you or any individual

We do not retain your content, your credentials, or your synced platform data under any of these exceptions.

Data received from connected platforms

When you connect a platform, we receive only the data needed to operate that integration, and we delete it when you disconnect or delete your account.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
