Century Communities acquires Harbor Pointe townhome project in Santa Ana

Infill homebuilder City Ventures has announced the sale of Harbor Pointe, a fully entitled and substantially improved 45-townhome community in Santa Ana, California, to Century Communities of California, LLC. Located at 510–520 N. Harbor Boulevard, the transaction extends long-standing partnerships between the entities and the city.[1][2]

Under the agreement, Century Communities will complete remaining construction on the residential project and deliver the units to home buyers upon completion. The Harbor Pointe development features five moderate-income, affordable floor plans among its townhomes.[1][2]
