Claude in Chrome is now Claude Cowork.

Anthropic has updated its Chrome browser extension, updating Claude in Chrome to Claude Cowork. The refreshed extension allows users to take their conversations with the chatbot directly into a Chrome side panel. Under the update, interactions in the browser sidebar now automatically save to chat history.[1][2]

Saved conversations can be continued outside of the side panel across Claude's web, desktop, and mobile applications. The Cowork update is available starting today for Max and Team users, while access for Pro subscribers is slated to arrive over the coming weeks.[1][2]
