Paul Chiodo sues builder over alleged misuse of investor funds
Paul Chiodo claims that $200 million in investor money intended for developments was diverted toward high-end property and supercars.
Paul Chiodo, the manager of a collapsed super fund, has launched legal action against his builder over the alleged diversion of $200 million in investor funds. According to the claims, money that was intended to fund development projects was instead misappropriated and spent on luxury assets.[1][2]
The lawsuit alleges that the builder improperly used the development capital to acquire high-end property, flashy supercars, and rooftop pools rather than utilizing the funds for their designated development purposes.[1][2]
