RemotePeople completes 2026 SOC 2 Type II audit

New York-headquartered global Employer of Record RemotePeople has announced the completion of its 2026 SOC 2 Type II audit. The examination evaluated controls across Security, Availability, and Confidentiality, successfully renewing the provider's attestation for a full 12-month period.[1][2]

The renewed attestation builds on the company's existing compliance standards, including ISO 27001 and GDPR certifications. It also follows a recent platform security assessment from Astra Security, which awarded RemotePeople an A+ platform security rating.[1][2]
