Cambridge International AS & A Level entries grow across Southeast Asia as more students choose flexible, skills-based qualifications
June 2026 exam results were released to nearly 705,000 students worldwide as Cambridge International AS & A Level entries grew by 5% year-over-year.

Cambridge International Education has officially started releasing the results of its June 2026 exam series to nearly 705,000 students across 148 countries around the world. Total entries for the June series reached 1.7 million globally, marking widespread international participation in the examination program.[1][2]
Worldwide entries for Cambridge International AS & A Levels rose 5% compared to last year. A total of almost 368,000 students from 3,492 schools globally are receiving their AS & A Level results. Cambridge noted that this ongoing growth reflects an increasing global demand for qualifications that serve as a trusted pathway to higher education.[1][2]
The region of Southeast Asia contributed to this growth, with exam entries rising across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. In Malaysia alone, over 22,000 students took Cambridge international examinations during the June 2026 session.[1][2]
