Carahsoft partners with Nimbus-T to provide government identity security

On June 09, 2026, Orinda, California-based Nimbus-T Global Inc. and Reston, Virginia-based Carahsoft Technology Corp. announced a partnership to deliver identity-first Zero Trust security to government agencies. Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Nimbus-T Global's Master Government Aggregator. The collaboration aims to bring Nimbus-T's identity security solutions to public sector organizations facing modern security challenges.[1][2]

The partnership makes the Nimbus-Key ID identity security platform available to Federal, State, and Local Government agencies. These public sector entities can acquire the platform through Carahsoft's reseller partners. Additionally, the technology will be accessible through major federal contracts, including NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V and the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - Software 2 (ITES-SW2) contract.[1][2]

Government agencies can also procure the Nimbus-Key ID platform through several other cooperative purchasing vehicles. These include the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint, The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), and OMNIA Partners contracts. The deployment of these solutions comes as identity continues to be a highly exploited target for security breaches.[1][2]
