Hong Kong-based integrated marketing solutions provider Everbright Digital Holding Limited (NASDAQ: EDHL) announced on July 26, 2026, the pricing of its public offering for the purchase and sale of 4,293,000 ordinary shares. Each ordinary share has a par value of US$0.00064 and is priced at $1.88 per share.[1][2][3]

The company expects to generate approximately $8.07 million in gross proceeds from the public offering before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses payable by Everbright. The integrated marketing solutions provider is headquartered in Hong Kong.[1][2]

US slaps South Africa with fresh 12.5% tariffs as trade tensions deepen

The US has imposed new tariffs of 12.5% on selected South African exports, escalating trade tensions between Washington and Pretoria despite months of diplomatic efforts to avoid the move.
