Expedia Group reported a 14% year-over-year revenue increase and a 166% surge in GAAP net income for Q2 2026, driven by strong growth in B2B performance.

Seattle-based online travel company Expedia Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPE) announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. During the quarter, total revenue grew 14% on a year-over-year basis. The overall revenue increase was largely driven by the company's B2B segment, which demonstrated momentum with 23% revenue growth compared to the second quarter of the previous year.[1][2]
The company's earnings reflected significant growth, with GAAP net income increasing by 166% year-over-year. Adjusted net income also saw gains, rising 29% compared to the prior-year period. In addition, Expedia Group reported an increase in adjusted EBITDA for the quarter.[2]
Operational metrics across Expedia Group's booking platforms demonstrated expansion year-over-year. Total gross bookings grew 12%, underpinned by a 21% increase in B2B gross bookings and an 8% increase in B2C gross bookings.
