Niagara Falls will be lit up in black, green, and gold on Saturday night as Jamaica and Canada mark 60 years of the farm work programme. The iconic waterfall will be illuminated in the colours of the Jamaican flag at 9:30 p.m. Jamaica time (10:30 pm Canadian time) in commemoration of the labour partnership known formally as the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Programme.
