Lovett Industrial, a Houston-based industrial real estate investment and development firm, has announced a joint venture with NewQuest to develop Seguin Exchange Commerce Park. The project is a 164-acre Class A industrial campus situated at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Highway 46 in Seguin, Texas.[1][2]
The new industrial campus is part of NewQuest's larger 544-acre Seguin Exchange. This transformative mixed-use development is planned to feature retail, restaurant, entertainment, and hotel spaces alongside the industrial park.[1][2]
