St. Petersburg, Florida-based Momentive Software, a technology partner that accelerates innovation for mission-driven organizations, announced on May 11, 2026, that Ravi Venkatesan has been appointed as its new Chief Executive Officer. The leadership change is effective immediately. Venkatesan, who previously held the title of CEO at the publicly traded digital company Cantaloupe Inc., will take on the top executive role while continuing to serve as a member of Momentive Software's Board of Directors.[1][2]

Venkatesan takes over the chief executive responsibilities from Dustin Radtke, who has guided the technology company as interim CEO since last year. Following this planned transition, Radtke will assume the title of Chief AI Officer. In his new capacity, Radtke is tasked with leading Momentive Software's artificial intelligence-driven innovation and product transformation. This includes directing the development of MomentiveIQ, the company's AI-native platform, while he simultaneously continues his ongoing leadership of the Product and Research and Development teams.[1][2]
