NAVER D2SF Makes Follow-On Investment in Physical AI Startup NdotLight
NAVER D2SF has participated in a KRW 15 billion funding round for NdotLight, marking its third investment in the physical AI data infrastructure startup

NAVER D2SF, the corporate venture capital arm of NAVER, has completed a follow-on investment in NdotLight, a Seongnam-based data infrastructure startup specializing in physical AI. The KRW 15 billion funding round was led by the Korea Development Bank. This investment marks NAVER D2SF's third financial commitment to NdotLight, building upon its initial support in 2021 and 2022, which included participation in the startup's Pre-Series A round.[1][5]
Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Jinyoung Park, NdotLight builds specialized data infrastructure designed to be directly utilized for physical AI training simulations. The startup plans to leverage the newly raised capital to further validate its core business potential and establish a solid foundation for expanding into global markets. To accelerate its growth, NdotLight is actively hiring new talent across all functional areas of its business.[1][2][3][4][5]
Through this latest investment, NAVER D2SF continues its history of long-term support for NdotLight while looking ahead to deeper integration. NAVER's venture capital arm plans to explore potential technical and strategic collaboration opportunities with NdotLight in the field of physical AI data as the startup expands its infrastructure capabilities.[1][5]
