Nissan completes global parts pricing rollout with Syncron

Syncron, a global leader in intelligent aftermarket solutions, announced that Nissan Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, & Oceania (AMIEO) has successfully completed a full rollout of its parts pricing solution. The extensive deployment covers 40 primary markets and more than 140 export markets, establishing a modern pricing foundation across a total of 180 markets. The project was completed ahead of schedule in the first quarter of 2026, allowing the automaker to treat its aftermarket segment as a strategic growth lever.[1][2]

The newly implemented solution replaces Nissan's legacy system, giving the automaker's pricing teams the necessary speed and visibility to adapt to changing market conditions. By upgrading its technology, Nissan AMIEO aims to transition its parts pricing operations to be more agile and responsive to global market shifts.[1][2]

Carole Gaultier, Director of Service Marketing & New Ecosystems Aftersales AMIEO at Nissan, explained that the company recognized the need to sharpen its approach to parts pricing by moving from a reactive stance to a strategic one as market conditions evolve faster than ever. Gaultier added that Syncron delivered the project on time and on budget, ensuring continuity for the automotive manufacturer's operations.[1][2]
