OpenAI Acquires Presentation Startup NextSlide

Presentation startup NextSlide has announced that it is joining OpenAI. Following the acquisition, team members from the presentation platform are now working directly on OpenAI's ChatGPT.[1][2]

The NextSlide website currently displays a note from founder Ahmed Beshry describing the startup's offering. Beshry characterized the product as software that could turn prompts, notes, documents, or research into presentations.[1]
