PACC Returns to Redefine People & Culture Excellence

MIDP's flagship human capital transformation conference, the People & Culture Conference (PACC), is scheduled to return for its third edition on August 5 and 6, 2026. The event will take place at the CCEC in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This year's conference comes at a critical time when organizations are navigating a fracturing global trade landscape, high-stakes artificial intelligence adoption, and an ever-evolving multi-generational workforce.[1][2]

As leadership agendas increasingly focus on how to sustain both people and performance when change is the only constant, PACC aims to address these challenges directly. Emellia Shariff, the Chief Executive Officer of MIDP, is set to open the ceremony alongside the supporting partners of PACC 2025. With human capital positioned at the very heart of competitive advantage, the conference returns with greater momentum, deeper conviction, and an even stronger commitment to revolutionise Malaysian workplaces.[1][2]
