Quectel Launches FCM365X Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth LE 5.4 Module

Quectel Wireless Solutions, a global provider of end-to-end IoT solutions, has announced the launch of its FCM365X module. This new offering is a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.4 module designed to power smart home and industrial IoT solutions. The module is built on the NXP Semiconductors RW612 wireless MCU and offers comprehensive support for multiple protocols, including Zigbee and Thread.[1][2]

The module's performance is driven by an integrated, high-performance Arm Cortex-M33 processor that features TrustZone technology and operates at a frequency of up to 260MHz. To facilitate its operations, the FCM365X integrates 1.2MB of SRAM along with 8MB of memory.[2]
