Restaurant Technologies Names Alissa Partee President & CEO
Alissa Partee, the current chief operations officer of Restaurant Technologies, will succeed retiring leader Jeff Kiesel on July 1, 2026, following a multiyear succession planning process

The Board of Directors of Minneapolis-based Restaurant Technologies (RTI) has unanimously appointed Alissa Partee as the company's next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Partee, who currently serves as the company's Chief Operations Officer, will succeed longtime leader Jeff Kiesel. Kiesel is retiring from his current roles as Chairman, President, and CEO. The leadership transition follows an extensive, multiyear succession planning process conducted by the board.[1][2][3]
Partee originally joined Restaurant Technologies in 2020, initially serving as the company's Chief People Officer. In her role as Chief People Officer, she was responsible for leading the organization's human resources strategy and focused on strengthening its workplace culture. Under her leadership, the company earned regional recognition from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, as well as multiple national accolades.[1][2]
During Partee's tenure, Restaurant Technologies received prominent national recognition from Newsweek.
