Staveley-Led Consortium to Buy Gold Family's West Ham Stake

Vanessa Gold, the daughter of former West Ham United chair David Gold, has reached an agreement to sell her family's shares in the club to an investment consortium led by Amanda Staveley and others. The agreement was reached following the collapse of a previously arranged sale of the stake to Czech businessman Daniel Kretinsky.[1][2]

The Gold family trust currently owns a 25.1 per cent stake in West Ham United. The transaction will see Staveley and her consortium partners acquire the family's holdings in the club.[1][2]
