Trump Nominates Lance Schroyer to Lead ICE
Donald Trump announced he will nominate Lance Schroyer, who led an Oklahoma deportation campaign, as the next director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Donald Trump announced on Saturday that he will nominate Lance Schroyer to serve as the next director of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, also known as ICE. Schroyer is set to succeed David Venturella, who has been performing the duties of the agency's director. Trump shared the announcement in a post on Truth Social, where he referred to Schroyer as a patriot.[1][2]
Prior to this nomination, Schroyer led a deportation campaign in Oklahoma. This campaign was conducted under a program partnered with ICE.[1]
