Trump 'Not Satisfied' With Iran's Latest Proposal to End War

U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he is "not satisfied" with the latest proposal from Iran regarding negotiations to end the ongoing war between the two countries. The president rejected the Iranian plan almost as soon as it was delivered.[1][2][5]

The diplomatic exchange occurred after Iran handed over its newest proposal for negotiations to mediators located in Pakistan on Thursday night. Despite the rejection, Trump confirmed that negotiations have continued by phone after he called off a scheduled trip by his envoys to Pakistan last week.[2][3][4]
