Two arrested over arson attack at former synagogue
Counter-terrorism officers have arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson following a blaze at a former synagogue in Whitechapel.

Counter-terrorism officers are investigating an arson attack that took place at a former synagogue located in Whitechapel, east London. Following the blaze, authorities initiated an investigation into the incident.[1]
On Sunday, law enforcement arrested a 45-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman in connection with the fire. The two suspects were taken into police custody, where they are currently being held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson.[1][2]
