The International Arts Carnival 2026 (IAC 2026) has officially launched in Hong Kong, marking the return of the city's highly anticipated annual family cultural event. Presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), the summer festival opens this July to offer local families a creative and heartwarming arts programme. This year's carnival is headlined by the blockbuster IMAGINE! PLAY! interactive art exhibition, which is presented in partnership with the First Initiative Foundation and Garden. Recognized as a groundbreaking new milestone in Hong Kong's public art promotion, the exhibition serves as a major highlight of the seasonal festival, aiming to engage the public through creative and interactive displays.[1][2]
