A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS: PEACH BLOSSOMS RETURNS TO LEVEL 5 WITH THE DEBUT OF ITS BLACK PEARL ONE DIAMOND TASTING JOURNEY

Peach Blossoms, an award-winning Modern Chinese restaurant located at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay in Singapore, has officially welcomed guests back to its Level 5 location. The reopening follows a comprehensive transformation of the restaurant's kitchen, marking a new chapter for the dining establishment.[1][2]

To celebrate the return, Peach Blossoms has launched the "Black Pearl One Diamond Tasting Journey." This exclusive tasting menu was inspired by the restaurant's prestigious recognition in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, where it received a coveted One Diamond rating.[1][2]

The new tasting menu is led by Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong. It is designed to celebrate Modern Chinese cuisine by thoughtfully weaving culinary innovation with a deep respect for the finest produce, with every course reflecting the philosophy that earned the restaurant its One Diamond distinction.[1][2]
